CourseSide
Completed in mid-2015, CourseSide is a small, quiet, covenant-controlled "patio home" community located in the Two Creeks neighborhood of Lakewood, CO. Adjacent to the Lakewood Country Club & Lakewood Gulch, the neighborhood is just minutes away from RTD Light Rail, and the 40WEST Arts District.
The homeowners association maintains all landscaping—both on-property & common areas—plus trash/recycling services, the roads (including seasonal snow removal) as well as throwing block-parties/special events through dues paid monthly by residents. The CourseSide Homeowners Association generally meets twice a year. The meeting in April is considered the "Annual Meeting," where the board/residents discuss and vote on the HOA Board member positions (when terms are up), the annual budget, and other current business. There is an additional meeting in October, referred to as the "Semi-Annual Meeting" where homeowners are updated on current issues.
The HOA Board members meet monthly. In addition, two committees—Common Grounds and Design Review—meet monthly or as needed to oversee neighborhood improvements and maintenance. ALL residents are encouraged to contact the HOA in regards to any issues so that they may be dealt with promptly!
